Life Coaching

Sessions are designed to support areas such as personal direction, confidence, habit building, time management, communication styles and navigating life transitions. Coaching creates space for reflection while offering practical tools to move forward with greater ease and purpose.

Small Group Coaching

Small groups (4-12 people) is partly facilitated, partly coached structured process to achieve individual goals through shared learning and peer support. It combines personalized attention with the power of group dynamics, where participants learn from each others’ experiences, challenges and successes.

It is a unique opportunity to participate in a safe community setting that builds trust and helps members stay accountable to their goals.

Leadership Development

Leadership development focuses on building self awareness, communication skills, and authentic leadership presence. It is designed for individuals who want to lead with clarity, integrity, and confidence.

Sessions explore leadership styles, decision making, team dynamics, and managing change. The goal is to develop leaders who understand themselves well, communicate effectively, and create positive impact within their teams and organizations.

Corporate Coaching

Corporate coaching and workshops support organizations that invest in the growth and well being of their people. Programs are tailored to the needs of teams and companies at different stages of development.

Topics often include leadership, communication, motivation, organizational change, and collaboration. The approach combines strategic thinking with human insight to support healthier work environments, stronger teams, and sustainable performance.

    "I felt immediately that Petra set a professional tone and created a safe atmosphere in which we would work together. I was advised at our first session to "be honest with yourself" and felt that I was in a non-judgmental space where I could voice my thoughts.
